If you're looking for health food or vegan food, you can do better than this. If you just want a calm atmosphere with happy people, this is a decent option.

Great food and great staff. They were able to accommodate my request for a vegan version of the Good Karma Burger with no issues. The salad was super fresh and everything looked and tasted great.

The garden salad with tahini dressing was the highlight of the meal! Second was definitely the corn bread with honey butter :-) I recommend the turkey chili too

I don't see why I can't get a side salad there. But the brown rice was good. Really exciting. The food is supposedly healthy. but chocked full of salt. so brown rice was it. guess I can't go there anymore.....used to go there fairly often.. people should just eat at home.

Great location both inside and outside seating. Pretty great for sunsets on nice summer days too. Food is natural tasting and very consistent. I love their Ranchero chicken quesadilla.

This place is small and the space isn't much to look at, but the food is absolutely *delicious*! Especially that chicken pressed sandwich with garlic sauce. My goodness. The older couple that own and run the place have been said to be a bit grumpy, but they were really nice to me! Can't wait to make a return visit.

The food has been consistently good over the years. Their sautéed tofu is the best. Vegetable and salads are always fresh. The grilled chicken is tasty (maybe a little dry at times but infrequent). Amount of food, quality, taste, price makes it a personal choice over Luna Grill or Fresco.

It was a nice enough place but I'm personally not into the whole health food thing. Had the chicken Caesars salad. Wasn't anything special and had a sweet taste to it which I didn't like. No fountain drinks which was weird but then again, it's a healthy eatery so...

Natural is a good description. We ordered a chicken enchilada, quesadilla salad and corn bread all very nice and from reading the menu they have a lot of things I would be happy to try. Nice space and good food.

A great place for simple healthy foods. A lot of vegan and vegetarian options. The restaurant is casual and laid-back. You order at the counter and your meal is delivered by table number. There's a wide variety of options and beer and desserts are good too! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, plenty of easy paeking.

Dont ask for a side of beets. They dont know what the f they're doing.

The food is really good here. The menus accommodates many appetites. Good vegetarian options. It great for groups and to bring kids. The prices are $$ but worth it. The parking is plenty and free. There is also plenty of seating, inside and outside. The service is friendly and prompt. The wait isn't long. It is also clean and modern. It is freeway close.

Great place to get a good tasting, healthy and decent sized meal. There were enough options on the menu for everyone. Service is excellent - I totally forgot to order a dish at the counter so they added it on and put it through the till as the food was being bought out with no issue at all.

Natural cafe on Hitchcock way is a nice family restaurant that serves healthy food There is plenty parking and the wait is never too long The prices are reasonable and the service good. They bring the good to your table but you set and clean the table. On a nice day one can sit.outside. it is kid friendly. We love it and often visit it after Church service on Sundays

Best carrot cake I've had in a long time, and I've had many slices over​ the years in many places. Easily the tastiest I've had in five counties in California.Came back to try a turkey burger. Delicious! It wasn't a dried out, over-seasoned patty. Full of flavor and the rest of the burger was fresh. Wish they had fries but the chips and salsa wasn't bad.Staff is friendly and efficient. Place is clean, bathroom is well kept, and self-service stations are convenient. Prices are reasonable and quality is high.

Natural cafe is my go-to for a quick but healthy, casual meal. This location is quite spacious with plenty of booth seating which is a bonus.Some menu items are a bit pricey, but everything I've tried so far is wholesome and tasty.

Lunch is the best meal in the day, and Natural might have the best lunch in town. All locations are on point! Tons of vegan options and vegetarian options... Hungry Planet Burger is vegan and probably better tasting than most restaurants in SB. Veggie Tofu Bowl is a special that is delicious and can be switched with chicken if you want. The tahini dressing is bomb...get it on one of the many salads. Need Dat!

Casual walk-up serving healthy fare in a large space with plenty of seating. Went for dinner and ordered the Natural Tamale. It was a decent vegetarian substitute for the real thing. The sauce was flavorful, the "masa" was light and fluffy, and the meat substitute was...well...a meat substitute. The servers were friendly and attentive.
